Over the past few months, I've been working at Montenegro Airlines company. I started this activity as I wanted to share the knowledge of my country with French tourists who are interested in visiting Montenegro. I contacted Dijana P. who is in charge of the office in Paris and kindly accepted me to work at the office during June and August. I helped people book tickets, gave them advice on what to visit while in Montenegro, answered the calls,e-mails etc.
The activity gave me an insight on business of tourism and helped me build a stronger sense for with clients.
This is my "boss" at Montengro Airlines, Dijana who was very kind and helpful. Thank you!

THE GRAY - MOVIE REVIEW

29/11/2011
4 HOURS

The next movie I will review is "The Gray" starring Liam Nelson.
To be frank, the initial reason why I even started watching this movie is because of the outstanding critics it had received. I don't usually base my opinion on the film critics, but I do like to read their reviews since they have a more sophisticated and professional approach towards movies.
Liam Nelson, is one of the actors who I consider one of the best ones of all times. He was in "Taken" and "Schindler's List", one of the well-known movies.
The movie "The Gray" could be categorized as a thriller/action movie. The plot commences as a plane full of passangers crashes into a deserted, dangerous teritory inhabited by a huge herd of wolves. Seven passengers survive the crash of the plane, including Ottway (Liam Nelson) who is trained for killing wolves. As they fight for survival with almost no food in a freezing winter, the group of seven guys suffers several attacks by the wild wolves, killing one of them each time of the attack.
The directing aspect of the movie is incredible. The movie manages to draw the viewer straight into the plot, making them feel for the main character as they basically fight for their lives.
The actors really do a great job as well, each of them has a different personality. The film portrays themes such as survival, friendship, humanity, human nature and death.
The brilliant aspect of the movie is inablity of the viewer to guess what will happen next as each new frame of the movie turns out to be unpredictable and I consider that to be one of the movie's main attributes.

SPRING VACATION - PHOTOGRAPHY BREAK

22/04/2011
10H
So during the two weeks of the spring vacation I got to go home and stay a bit as well in Paris. What did I do during that time? Took pictures, of course!! Here are some of the best so far (includes close-up shots, portraits, landscapes...)

EXHIBITION: Haute Culture : General Idea Retrospective 1969-1994

The exhibition explores the themes of choice of three artists: the glamor as a creative tool, the consumer society, the artist and the creative process, the relationship between media and mass culture, architecture and archeology. Sexuality, considered a symbol of social organization to subvert is also planned, along with AIDS across the sprawling flagship project and AIDS.

Starting from a conception of the image seen such a virus infiltrating reality, General Idea takes it to the live and change the content. It develops as an alternate version of reality.

High Culture: General Idea explores the multimedia character of a work which has lost none of its freshness and appears in retrospect as anticipatory of some developments in the world of contemporary art.

The exhibition was held at Musee de l'art Moderne in Paris.

BOARD - CONSUMERISM

This board was dedicated to cosumerism.
Consumerism is a global issue, which every day brings more and more problemswith which Earth has to face.
Definition of consumerism:

Consumerism is a social and economic order that is based on the systematic creation and fostering of a desire to purchase goods and services in ever greater amounts. The term is often associated with criticisms of consumption starting with Thorstein Veblen or, more recently by Enoughism. Veblen's subject of examination, the newly emergent middle class arising at the turn of the twentieth century, comes to full fruition by the end of the twentieth century through the process of globalization
