PHOTOGRAPHY BREAK
As always, when I get the chance to have a few spare hours I grab my camera and try to make little masterpieces.
I even took a few pictures from my home before I even got out.
I was wandering around Palais Royal, there were children playing with bubbles which was so adorable, and then I saw a massive group of people, protesting! They were citizens of Ivory Coast (Côte d'Ivoire) and it was a political protest. Their spirit was so amazing, they were singing, dancing, making speeches and I hope my photos refect at least 50% of the energy that was in the air during that after-noon.
Hundreds of Cote d'Ivoire youths protest Paris peace deal
ABIDJAN, Jan. 27 (Xinhua) -- Hundreds of youths on Monday took to the streets of Abidjan and gathered outside the French embassy to protest against a peace deal brokered by France in Paris to end a four-month rebel war in Cote d'Ivoire.
"We will stay in the streets until the president finishes consultations (on the accord) and addresses the people," said a protester.
